it's been a whole week since i reported damaged items that i received in my last order. everyday i was promised that within the day my request will be processed. i paid more than 1700 l.e just shipping to receive poorly wrapped and broken useless stuff, and they wanted to compensate me 14$ for both items!! i need my money back and instantly.
