for order 702695 i had used edfa3ly.co service to get from by " best offer" from the seller from ebay, i had tall edfa3ly.co to get it for 490$ if the seller refuse they can offer for 500$ they replay after 2 days and tall me the seller refused for 490$ and accept for 500,i confirmed the order and accept, today30/9/2017 i had got my order and found a bill in the package from the ebay seller and that order for 490$and they had embezzled 10$,secondly they calculate the international shipping for 4kg, after receiving the package and weighting it, it weight a 2,64KG other, after calling customer service by phone they tell me they can't edit the weight, but for bill, they order from me to send a photo to the. m on WHATS APP, and i had done, but they give me a yahoo email to send the problem to it, then they tell me that i had received my order, and no replay from them again

Order #706321 .. Issue #1: There was an item that cost 29 dollars with free domestic shipping on orders over 30 dollars (normally 5 dollars domestic shipping .. i Bought 110 Dollars worth of product from that site and they still charged me the domestic shipping. despite that i called the customer support and asked specifically about this they said your total order from that site is eligible for free shipping .. we will not charge you. Issue #2 Like issue #1 but with a different website. Issue #3 That's the most important one .. My item was delivered to their office at USA on Sept. 4th (Screenshot 1)... i contacted them and she assured me that the item is there and will be shipped soon... yesterday (26th) i contacted them that the item is taking too long .. someone called Iffat told me that the item is indeed there.. but it was lost ... LOST MY ITEM... Today (27th) they sent me an email that the item has been cancelled because "THE SELLER REFUNDED AND CANCELLED" .. lies .... screen shot 2... Issue #4 They Didn't refund me after what happened in #3 .. they automatically took the money as "shipping costs" for the other items... they are using my money and taking decisions on their own !!! they didn't come back to me asking if i want refund or want re-order... Conclusion: Edfa3ly is the most incompetent company in Egypt ... NO ALL OF THE MIDDLE EAST. They don't know anything about commitment .. they are not good on any level .. technical l

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته تحية طيبة وبعد ارفع اليكم شكوتى الأولى لأن انا دفعت لهم ما يزيد عن 50 دولار وتم إلغاء الطلب من طرفهم نظرا لعدم رغبتى دفع رسوم إضافية لم تكن فى بداية الطلب حيث أنه بعد الشراء تم تغيير ورفع السعر المهم أكثر من شهر وانا بخاطبهم عن فلوسى وهم يردوا على الشات بكلام محفوظ بأنهم ارسلوا الفلوس وهذا لم يحدث وكل البنات اللى بترد عليا كلامها واحد وحافظينه والنتيجة انهم عملوا لى حظر للشات على حسابى هل ده معناه أنى وقعت فى عملية نصب أم ماذا علما بانهم طلبوا كشف حساب البنك وارسلته لهم ومع ذلك عملولى حظر تواصل ونصبوا عليا فى الفلوس ومعايا كل صور رسائل الشات ومرفق كشف حساب بالمدة اللى طلبوها من البنك فى انتظار ردكم

I ordered 3 items over the internet, First item was shipped it was the wrong item but i had to pay for it then file a comlain so i did 2 weeks went by, I called again i was told to sent a copy of the order to their mail dept. of course i was not told that in the first phone call i mailed the stuff they ask for tell today i have not got any response from jumia i called the 19586 i was on hold for 45 mn. now i am stuck with the wrong items and out 352 pounds, What a rip off they ship the wrong items but we have to accepted not just that but also pay for it and the shipping charges, Like we pay for their mistakes, I bet they don't have that policy in the United Emirates or any place else in the world, But they do it in Egypt, What a rip off outfit. Ps, That phone number they have you can forget about and the customer service they don't have any, But call to purchase you will get the red carpet, Do buy anything fro Jumia Big mistake.
