I have subscribed to "extreme" package that was identified as that which will save the most money for me. in the end what i saved on VAT, customs and their fees i ended up paying as shipping cost. if this was not that most efficient for me then why this was not clear from the beginning on their app. charging per 100 gm is fine but then only when you're ordering small things...how about when your shopping bag is huge (yet again this is according to their calculator was the most saving option). this is not the first time i have a problem with edfa3ly but seriously now i am paying more on the PAID subscription that what i would have paid using the Free subscription which i had. i was put on hold on the phone for 15 minutes, contacted them on whatsapp and they didn't get back to me or have someone call me. i was only able to contact them on their chat app and they only said this is what i chose and it saves on items that weight very little. then it's fraudulent. I am stuck now with a series of orders that i will be charged at least $300 for in shipping as per their misleading advertisement of a saving bundle that screws you and your wallet!

I am very disappointed about the service of Egypt team, i made an order and after waiting for it i checked the system cause it exceeded the delivery date i was shocked to see that the item was cancelled WITHOUT ME BEING INFORMED, and surprisingly i cant order another item cause i have to wait for 14 working days to refund the money back to my credit card. i am sorry but this isnt acceptable at all from a huge company like jumia. other much smaller companies in Egypt fulfill in time and with a better quality. i am sorry but i will not ever use Jumia again and i will advise everyone not too.

for order 702695 i had used edfa3ly.co service to get from by " best offer" from the seller from ebay, i had tall edfa3ly.co to get it for 490$ if the seller refuse they can offer for 500$ they replay after 2 days and tall me the seller refused for 490$ and accept for 500,i confirmed the order and accept, today30/9/2017 i had got my order and found a bill in the package from the ebay seller and that order for 490$and they had embezzled 10$,secondly they calculate the international shipping for 4kg, after receiving the package and weighting it, it weight a 2,64KG other, after calling customer service by phone they tell me they can't edit the weight, but for bill, they order from me to send a photo to the. m on WHATS APP, and i had done, but they give me a yahoo email to send the problem to it, then they tell me that i had received my order, and no replay from them again
