Customer service is more than jus not professional. The network at the call centre seems to be so bad that I can't even hear the agent talking, the line disconnected half-way through the call and they didn't bother calling me back. Waiting time is at least 4 MINUTES! And above all, the line keep disconnecting before I even get the chance to talk to an agent.

Against Samsung

I got from Samsung Egypt a mobile phone J7 Prime and i found that the screen is faulty.I was directed to samsung store in Haram and there was such unprofessional agent sitting there supposed to solve customers' problems and to achieve customer satisfaction !!! He took from me the mobile on 30.06 to fix the mobile and i received it on 11.07. After i received the mobile,i figured out that same fault on screen still there however,they told me that samsung got me another new screen for free as am still in the quarantee period.I went to another store in dokki and same thing happened that they took the mobile from me and asked me to wait until they check why same fault on screen still exist !!! This is so ridiculous and i need to have this problem fixed as it is not my fault , it is samsung's fault and the agent either in the call center or in the stores are not professional at all especially Haram store !! They shouldn't work as customer service agents at all. I need immediate solution for my problem .

تمدفع الضريبة والتامين والمخالفات لتجديد رخصة السيارةروعندبدء الإجراءات افاد مندوب فورى انه غيرقادر على اتمام الاجراءات وبالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء على 16421افاد بضرورة ارسال صورة الفواتير والرخصة الجديدة والبطاقة وتم ارسال كل الوثائق التى طلبت اليهم يوم 21-6 وبعد مرور المهلة المحددة من قبلهم كلما يتم الإتصال على 16421 خدمة العملاء هى اجابة واحدة مافيش رد من الإدارة وتمالتواصل مع الإدارة عنطريق البريد الإلكترونى المعطى لى من خدمة العملاء ولا يوجد اى استجابة وكاننى بكلم نفسى برجاء التكرم بحل مشكلتى مع شركة فورى واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع حيث لم تتم الخدمة المطلوبة اضررت لترخيص السيارة عن طريقالمرور بعد دفع الضريبة والتأمين والمخالفات بالمرور وشكرا لكم مقدما لحل مشكلتى عميد ملاح/سلامة ابو الفتوح

Unprofessional Practitioners

I cannot believe the nerve of the practitioners in charge of the body shaping devices. Some of them are completely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and what I just recently noticed is that they reduce the time of the treatments - I was told it's 30 mins, they gave me 20 or 25 mins. This happened several times. I even tested them and had a timer in my phone and the minutes were reduced. I am shocked. I thought this was a professional service but apparently I have dealt with these types of unethical practitioners in several branches and a lot of them are unprofessional and cut down the minutes...I complained to customer service and they didn't do anything. InShape, please be careful of who works at your clinic, you hired a bunch of unprofessional, poorly trained college students who don't give us what we paid for, this is an embarrassment to your reputation. Never setting foot in this clinic again!
