The worst customer service Ever!

Two months ago, I have made a purchase order from eBay from a car dashboard DVD - Item# (301757479560) Seller : funhousy (7696) - with 99.2% positive feedback!! * the seller shipped the item immediately in 3 days after the payment to my PO.Box in USA (shop and ship account) where the items should be shipped back to my address in the Middle East, (Which cost me 100$) by ARAMEX. * once I received the item, I discovered that all the cables is missed and the item is not in an original package ? (I don't care about the packaging). * the purchased items is not usable without the cables ? so I had to contact the seller complaining about the missing parts, where he offered me 100$ refund and to get the items locally. * I had to refuse the offer as I'm afraid from the compatibility issues that might be happen if I purchased it locally! * after long time, I had find a way to raise my complaint with eBay themselves, I couldn't find any proper way/channel to communicate with eBay, except the return case! * I had to open a return case and, where I had to communicate with the seller again, as eBay can step in and help only after one month and in case we couldn't reach to a solution with the seller (So Again they let you deal with the seller alone). * the seller offered my 100$ and the reason is that the shipping for missing parts will require up to 15 days!, I have informed the seller that I'm ready to wait. * after 15 days and once I have asked for the shipping details - t
