إلى السادة المحترمين القائمين على شركات محمود العربي/ اتوجه إلى سيادتكم بشكوى عن انعدام الالتزام المهني من جانب شركتكم. لدي شكوى برقم 01280994066, هذي المشكلة يا سادة حتى الان وبعد مرور أكثر من 45 يوم عليها, والموافقه من جانب شركتكم على استبدال الشاشة محور المشكلة لم يتم الاتزام من جانبكم بالتواصل من ناحية قسم الاستبدالات للحصول على البديل. وقد قمت بالاتصال أكثر من مرة على مركز خدمة العملاء بدون أي جدوى وتم التوأصل معي من جانب قسم الشكاوي مرتين بدون أي حلول على الرغم من موافقة ادارتكم على استبدال الشاشة موضوع الشكوى. برجاء مراجعة الشكوى لانهاء الامر الذي طال بدون أي داعي أو مبرر.

i bought toshiba tv 24 inch from carfour under garunti,since two years, the tv switched off and i sent it to service in order to repaires, my home in alexandria ,for the last month ,they cannot repaires they want to change the pcd cart, we have called the service call center for coplain but still no action, now i want to be repairs SOON OR THEY CAN CHANGE WITH NEW TV AS THEY PROMISED. service intoship elarabi now getting worth.

The story started when i first called Toshiba to fix my broken Sharp Air condition, I had a problem of leaking water from the interior part it , so I called and they opened a ticket to have a maintenance guy within 5 days!! , he came and worked on it for about an hour with some two idiots acts as his assistant, and he said it will not leak anymore and left , 15 mins later it starts to leak again , so I called and he said you have to remove the whole interior part and re-install it again and will cost you 120 L.E !! , anyway I told him ok no problem, he came with his stupid assistants to fix and it ends up by breaking the welding of pipes, and the Freon goes everywhere, and he had to leave as he needs to get equipment’s to fix his mess, and two days later he came to fix it, and after he weld the piper in a very unprofessional and strange way, he said ok its now fixed and wont leak again and he took 150 L.E!! and left, 30 mins after or so and it started to leak again, and called him to come as I can see the interior part on the same line and it needs to be titled a little bit and fix and so he did earlier in the same day, he tilted with his hands without using any measuring tools and said it will be ok now he stayed for 15 mins then he left, I kept the air condition working and believe or not , IR STARTED TO LEAK AGAIN !!!!!! I called Toshiba Al Arabi to tell them the whole damn thing and they said, we don’t know about this you reported in the beginning was a regular maintenan

Dears , kindly be noted that i bought the mentioned subject TV from dealer and after i power on the TV i never believe that this picture is for LED HD TV supposed i have good picture and good quality from the mentioned TV as the Toshiba say that .. but unfortunately the quality is very bad and i called service center for Toshiba many time and the sent technical to check the TV and after they check the TV they told me that there no problem in TV and the TV must connected with HD receiver to have best quality of picture ..so what supposed when i bought TV ..they should told us that the TV must work or connected with HD receiver to have best quality of picture and when i want to return the TV they told me that they will deduct 10% form the amount money ..its a joke really ..and another joke when i return the TV i will take my money with deduct 10% after 10 days ..how come ? so appreciate to help me as you can cos i`m really fed up .. Recently I bought a water heater from rizallah and the brand is : Toshiba. But opposite to all my expectations, they have really disappointed me:((( I called last Wednesday 9/1/2012 so them some one comes and install it. But until now 15/ 1/2012 no one came or even bothered to call. And when I called again they simply said sorry some one will get back to u ASAP but as usual no one did. Begad we have the worst customer service :(((((
