Service not received against payment

The sequence of events as follows: -I payed online via credit card to get my download quota re-charged and get my internet speed back to normal (6:16 PM Thu 15-Jun) -I had to do more than three follow up calls with the customer service and billing department at Te data complaining and asking about my quota and my service to get back to normal and they keep telling me we will see and we will check and nothing we can do for you -I have been promised that i will be contacted by the manager within an hour to check for the issue (at 8:30 PM, at 10:00 PM and at 11:PM, may be you need to check who is the responsible manager at that time), no one contacted me till now -I'm writing that e-mail now on Fr- 16-Jun at 12:00 PM while on the phone with them and keep telling me we will not give you your quota or get service back although that they took my money as per the e-mail below, confirmation from the customer service representatives and confirmation form bank and i have been put on hold to talk to "the manager" (i started to feel that they will direct me to god not a shift supervisor) and he is not answering his phone -Now as per Te data SLA is should take my quota and service back to normal within maximum hour from payment, however its now more that 15 hours passed since my payment and i did not get the service i paid for and they refuse to give me my money or give me a compensation for it. 1- the internet speed is very baaaaaaaad. 2- the internet is not stable keeps disconnecting. 3- I redeemed some points ONLINE and never goes into my account and when I complained they said I must go to the branch!!!!! why should I go to the branch while I did it online. 4- I upgraded my speed ONLINE and paid already ONLINE but it showed in their system that it is just credit and I have to wait for 48 hours to be upgraded. 5- I waited for 48 hours and called again but they did a mistake and the service will be upgraded at the renewal date not from the moment I asked or when I paid !! WHY WITH THE HELL I HAVE TO WAIT , I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE SO I MUST GET WHEN I WANT AS LONG AS IT IS THEIR MISTAKE 6- When I called the 19777 to get to inquire the lady is just reading a script sorry you have to wait sorry you have to wait. F********** why should I have to wait , moreover when I asked to talk to a manager he NEVER call, so I called and asked for his manager and guess what HE NEVER CALLEDD loooooool. poooooooooooooooooor service. 7- finally one kind man called me after shouting and fighting over the phone and said the same message either to wait or to go to the branch, I told him please cancel the whole service but this is the most funny thing in the world ( he said you will lose the payment you did for the upcoming month that you didn't use ) f**************** so when you are fighting to get upgraded and you don't get it so you decide to cancel they will take the mo

انا عندى خدمة الانترنت بطيئة بصورة مرعبة، وقدمت شكوى للشركة وللجهاز القومى لتنظيم الاتصالات، وكان الرد انهم حيصلحوا العيب اللى سببه اجهزتهم فى السنترال خلال 4 شهور، الكلام ده من شهر اكتوبر 2016؛ وحتى الان لا يوجد اى تحسن؛ بالعكس؛ الخدمة تنهار، سرعة التعاقد المفروض تصل حتى 16 ميجا؛ لكن فى الحقيقة هى ربع ميجا او اقل؛ وده يعتبر نصب رقم الشكوى عند الشركة 30200003 بتاريخ 7 اكتوبر 2016 رقم الشكوى لدى الجهاز القومى 622145 رقم الارضي الخاصى بالخدمة 035899496 مرفق سكرين شوت لسرعة النت ببرنامج speedtest وشكرا جزيلا

TE Data أسوأ تجارب حياتي بتبقى مع TEData كل ما أحِل مشكلة تطلع غيرها...زي مانكون فيران تجارب... حتى لما يبقى خط التليفون فيبر ومفيهوش مشاكل ...بيتفننوا في عمل مشاكل....يوم 22/08 التليفون قطع حرارة وبالتالي النت قطع ..قلت عادي مفيش مشاكل بتحصل..كلمة المصرية للاتصالات عملت شكوى ...الفني جه عمل التليفون والحرارة رجعت ...بس مفيش نت...كلمت الفني تاني...قال لي خط حضرتك رجع voice مش data يعني مش هيشتغل النت...قلتله إزاي يحصل كده...قال لي كلم TEData شوف معاهم ... كلمتهم ..الدعم الفني قال لي مفيش بيانات ليّا ...حولني للمبيعات ...قال لي بيانات حضرتك ناقصة و48 ساعة وتتحل المشكلة...من ساعتها لحد دلوقتي ال 48 ساعة مخلصوش ومش عارفين يحطوا البيانات وكل يومين أعمل شكوى واستعجال ويقوللي حد حيكلمك يتبع معايا ومفيش حد بيتصل...والمشكلة أساسا انهم شالوا الخط بتاعي وبقى voice بس ومش عارف دلوقتي فيه مكان في البوكس لخط data ولا هيبقى الحل إيه.....عملت شكوى في جهاز تنظيم الإتصالات ومستني نشوف الحل إيه...
