Bad service and very late order

today, 30/12/2013 it took me 10 minutes and 2 different calls for them to pick up. apparently they're having a new call center with new staff, very slow. i placed the order at 12:30 pm, the order is supposed to arrive in 45 minutes maximum, after they passed i kept calling them on the hotline and 2 landlines for heliopolis branch and there was absolutely NO ANSWER. finally, the order arrived at 2:05 pm (after an hour 35 minutes) and i refused to take it. in general, TBS service have gotten very bad and slow for the past months, and the food always came cold.
