faulty screen

I got from Samsung Egypt a mobile phone J7 Prime and i found that the screen is faulty.I was directed to samsung store in Haram and there was such unprofessional agent sitting there supposed to solve customers' problems and to achieve customer satisfaction !!! He took from me the mobile on 30.06 to fix the mobile and i received it on 11.07. After i received the mobile,i figured out that same fault on screen still there however,they told me that samsung got me another new screen for free as am still in the quarantee period.I went to another store in dokki and same thing happened that they took the mobile from me and asked me to wait until they check why same fault on screen still exist !!! This is so ridiculous and i need to have this problem fixed as it is not my fault , it is samsung's fault and the agent either in the call center or in the stores are not professional at all especially Haram store !! They shouldn't work as customer service agents at all. I need immediate solution for my problem .


samsung egypt got my mobile since 25/10 and no answer

I have contacted Samsung Egypt several times on their number 16580 to give me a response about my phone j7 which had approved to be replaced since 25oct 2016 ..... Samsung Egypt had my phone and didn't give me any response ..... Please contact samsung main office in korea as I will make an official complaint to the Egyptian customer protection authorities ......finally ' me and my family members will never buy samsung mobiles again .... Waiting for your reply


Changing MY mobile

The first step: I went to Samsung to solve a problem appeared on my Mobile J7 on the screen without anything happened to the mobile, suddenly it gave me colors and black , and they said that they change the screen and now it will work good, it was in august. the second step: after only like one months the problems comes again and I went again to Samsung to solve the problem, they took the mobile and told me that I have to call them to check if they could repair it or not, and when I called 16580 they told me that the screen must be changed and we don’t have a spare parts for it, so we made a request to change all the mobile ( as they already changed the screen before and it didn’t solve the problem – it worked only for one month as I mentioned before). they also told me to come and take my mobile after 15 days from 5 october 2016 so I should take my mobile on 22 october considering the vacation days The third step: I gave them a call on Sunday 22 october 2016, Ahmed adel one of the customer service told me that the mobile is not here and we try to solve the problem and we will make a complaint for you and we promise that during the next week the new mobile will be here and you could come to take it the 4th step: I gace them a call on Friday 29-10-2016 the one who answered called Dallal ahmed and he told me that the acceptation from the management already didn’t arrive and the problem is that we didn’t take any actions and we are waiting them, I shocked cause they di

I got mobile samsung J7 on 30/08 and the mobile had a default on the screen.I took it to SKY store & they informed me that it is during warranty & i will have another new mobile from samsung as long as it is in the cycle of exchange.They have received the mobile from me on 07/09 and told me i'll have another new one within 14 working days.I kept on calling them every week & they kept on telling me " we are waiting for samsung's final approval.I called samsung last week , an agent told me that it is just matter of time & i'll receive it shortly.Today i called them another agent answered me & told me that samsung J7 is not available in samsung stores & i have to choose another mobile instead of that one,or i have to wait coz this default couldn't even be fixed ! I have never experienced such bad experience like this & i will get my mobile whatever it takes .

سل دكتور محمد دويدار صيدلي رقم قومي 27811191805518 السلعه جهاز تليفيزيون ال اي دي 40 بوصه سمارت سامسونج الضمان ساري مرفق و فاتورة الشراء العنوان 55 شارع عبد السلام الشاذلي دمنهور الدور الرابع فوق صيدلية المحافظه تليفون 01003714575 اشتريت تليفيزيون سامسونج 40 بوصه سمارت ال اي دي بتاريخ 15-8 الماضي مرفق الفاتوره و شهادة الضمان ظهر يوم 21-8 خطوط و الوان مع عدم وجود اي صورة بالشاشه اتصلت بالصيانه بالرقم 16580....حضر الفني يوم السبت امس و اخبرني ان بها كسر _رغم جودة المنتج- و عدم سقوطه او حدوث اي شيء عن المألوف فلو اعتبرنا ان مسح الشاشه بمنشفه خاليه من الرطوبه او اي سائل تنظيف هو الذي احدث الكسر فنحن امام منتج مغشوش غير مطابق للمواصفات القياسيه المصريه اصلا اتصلت بي الاستاذه كرستين من خدمة العملاء تفيديني ان تكلفة الصيانه لاستبدال البانل سوف تكون 3730 جنيه رغم ان الجهاز كاملا سعره 3200 جنيه !!!! وهذا خداع للعميل لانه من غير المنطقي ان تكون هذه القطعه بثمن الجهاز او اغلب ثمنه هذا غير معقول في اي جهاز الكتروني ...ماذا عن الدوائر الكهربيه و البورده الرئيسيه للاسف لم نصل لحل ودي ولا عملي وانا لا اجد حلا الا جهاز رسمي حكومي يعيد لي حقي و يحاسب الشركه على تغريرها بالمستهلك و استغلالها لان لو هذه صحيح لكان هناك اي ابداء لاي تعاون ....الشاشه ضعيفه ولا يوجد لها اي حمايه و اصلا الفني رأى بنفسه ان الكسر داخلي فكيق يكون هناك كسر داخلي دون وجود كسر خارجي ظاهر نافذ !! هناك نوع من المراوغه و التملص من مسئولية الشركه للاسق الدشد و نهيب بالجهاز ارجاع حقي و مستعد لدفع مبلغ معقول للاصلاح لا يتجاوز 30-35 % من ثمن الجهاز لو اعتبرنا ان هذه القطعه تبلغ هذه القيمه اصلا =
