Electronic Steering lock

The steering wheel was turn all the way to the left against a storm drain in a down hill and the motor off, meaning automatic hand brake engage, the front wheels are under a huge pressure, put card press start, sounds click, click. Dashboard shows Steering Locked; Bull, I could move the wheels no problem, but the steering lock is sending the wrong info to the CPU that the steering is Lock but is not lock the electronic steering lock brock of inside and the Scenic can't run when it is broken. This time I was alone imagine next time with all my family or any ones family. Remember the Scenic is an MPV and most of the people use it to go in holyday anywhere in South Africa, but the problem South Africa is not 100% cover for any cel network like Europe, UK or USA, so if the steering lock brake in the middle of nowhere, without the signal, the family inside the car is Doom to die for, hunger , thirst or attack by anyone around; So I have open a Blog against the Scenics from Renault that for me are a Deadly trap go to my blog to read more about it: http://scenicdeadlydefect.blogspot.co.za/ ; What we all must ask to Renault is to recall the few under 2010 Scenics in South Africa and install an overwrite switch in the few Scenics so if the steering brake again the family got a chance to survive. This complaint could save the life of anyone in the world!!

Sent from my Samsung device -------- Dear sir/ madam: I've  bough a Renault Duster car from your branch in Egypt in March 2016. on Thursday 22/9/2016 I had an accident with that car because of the brakes, I tried to stop the car but it didn't so  I crashed into the car in front of me twice causing a great damage to both mine and the car in  front of me althoughi had driver my car only for 5000 km.It's clear that there was a defect with the car brakes. I took my car to your branch in Egypt in AbouRawach but after 5 days, they told me that the car brakes are ok, there is nothing  wrong with them.and i  am the one to be blamed for the accident. That's absolutely absurd. i couldn't  stop the car because there was no brakes. I am an expert driver as i had been driving  since 1994, so i think there is a defect in the car itself. Renault Renault Fluence RENAULT (EIM) Eshteki Renault Egypt Last Friday, I had an accident, the damage wasn't much, but the problem is, that the airbag, that is supposed to protect the passengers BURNT my hand and arm. My question is, if it was my face that hit the airbag, would have I lost an eye?! I was burnt, even the rubber around the steering wheel got burnt. Is that what safety is? الجمعه اللي فاتت عملت حادسه، الضرر اللي في العربيه مش كبير لكن المشكله أن الأير باج فرقع من غير حتى ما يتنفخ و حرقلي أيدي و ذراعي، السؤال لو كان وشي قريب هل كنت هخسر عيني؟ و وشي يتحرق؟! رينو كلموني بيقلولي انه طبيعي ان الأير باج تعمل حروق بسيطة. هو دي حروق بسيطه؟ شوفوا أيدي بقت عمله ازاي في أخر صورة و قولولي. وكمان بيقلولي انه هيكشفوا على العربيه عشان يتأكدوا أن الحادثة تستدعي أن الأير باج يفتح. طيب ما هو أتنيل فتح! و متنفخش! و كمان حرق جلدي تماماً!!! يعني حصل خلاص!! انا عايز أعرف، هل ده طبيعي؟ أن الشيء اللي مفروض يحميك يقذي أكثر؟ و ايوه وديت العربيه الحرفيين، أنا أسف، أصلي مش كل يوم بعمل حادثة و بتقذي بالشكل ده و خبير ف اني أطالب بحقي!! انا عملي باعتماد كلياً على تحكم بيدي، أعمل إيه دلوقتي؟
