Dear Sir, I have many complaints against the Rivoli Customer Service and the quality of service (One of the largest luxury retailer). The first issue is that I have given my watch for repairing the strap ring and they have come up with a quote that is almost half of the actual cost of watch. I have then asked them to return the watch without repairing it. On receiving the watch I have noticed that the entire watch was broken due to the mishandling of Rivoli service team and they insisted that the watch was broken on receiving itself. After many arguments and investigation they have come to a conclusion that it was their mistake and has agreed to repair the watch for a lesser cost with a time frame of 3-4 weeks. It has been more than 2 months now and still they have not repaired my watch nor send me any email or calls as to the status of my watch. I have tried calling them several times and the answer I get is that they will call me back in an hour. If this is their quality of service then I might want to rethink about opting for this brand again in future. Regards, Nijas Rehman
