Delay in service

I have a complaint against Orange.. on 25.12 I went to dokki store ( Mesaha square ) in order to cut my sim card to be a nano sim card ( micro sim card ) and the agent told me that if he will cut it , it will be damaged and it is better to have a new sim card as replacement to this one.I agreed to have a new sim card with my same number but when i reached home , i found that it is not working ! On 26.12 i went back to them again to the store and they informed me that there is a problem in this sim card and it'll be solved within one hour.I called them at 9 pm,the agent in the call center told me there is a problem in this sim card and i need to visit the store back again !!! On 27.12 i went to the store and they informed me that this problem will be fixed but they don't know when !! but someone will call me within 24 hours but until now i didn't receive any call from Orange and the sim card is not working completely and the problem still not solved ! Actually,my sim card was working very fine until i went to them , they are the ones who damaged the sim card to me !!!! I need this problem to be fixed as soon as possible and i need to be contacted from Orange at the soonest time !

منذ اكتر من 10 سنوات اتنقلت لمنطقه حمامات القبه القاهره. و منذ ذللك الوقت لا يوجد شبكه موبينيل سابقا و اورانج حاليا.. اتصلت كتير بالشركه دون جدوى و مع وعود كثيره لمده سنين بحل المشكله و تأجيل الموضوع . و كل مره اخد وعد استنى و في الاخر لا حياه لمن تنادي. اخر وعد ان المشكله هاتتحل شهر 6 اللي فات و ادينا بقينا شهر 8 و مافيش حاجه اتحلت. و الفاتوره بتخلص مدتها و يجي ميعاد تجديدها مابكونش استهلكت 50 دقيقه منها.. في ناس قالولي اجرب الموقع ده. يارب يجيب نتيجه معاهم

بيتم الاشتراك في خدمات رسائل اخباريه ومتنوعه بدون تدخل مني إطلاقا ونتيجه ذلك إستنفاذ الرصيد دائما لدي وذلك يدل علي إستهتار الشركه بأموال عملائها وعدم الإهتمام بما يخص العميل من مشاكل أنتم تسببتم بها ولم أجد حل فالخدمه الأخيره التي تستنفذ الرصيد هي خدمه angham ولا أستطيع أن ألغي الإشتراك بها أرجو الحل قريبا أو أنني سأنتقل لشركه أفضل تحترم العميل وتقدره وتقدم حلول فعليه

Please help me, it's been 3 months now and my internet keeps disconnecting every day, and now I don't have internet since Thursday, and ii've been waiting for a call back from a manager and no one called, I went to the branch and I filled a complaint and it's been 4 days and no internet, they sent someone to my central and called me from there and told me the problem is solved I told him no it will disconnect again so he asked me about the phone box is it in front of the building or back I told him in front and that's was it, he left a note on my account saying I refused a tech. visit , u called again now and supervisor called Nor el din said he will file another complaint, I don't want to continue with this company please help, they want me to pay early termination fees.

I called at 11:30 to renew my bundle with one of the worst customer service advisor he is telling me that the 1 gb is for 46 pounds i was asking how this could be and he was yelling and I requested to talk with a manager million times and he refused to transefer the call he transfered the call to one of his colleagues to act as a manager and he is awful like him and he couldn't even understand what the pac code mean ( it means the number of my account there to change ny number to vodafone with the same number) and i was frustrated from this and i started yelling and swearing and i ended the call he call again the worest advisor and he is telling we are having some system updates and call us within 1 hour i told him you call me back and follow up this is the customer service i know he told me sorry I can't do that what the hell is that you can call the cst to follow up with him the worst experience ever and i'll change my number tomorrow we kaman 5'ado 25 pounds we ana eshatrakt fe bundle be 10 pounds fashaaaal el senen wallahi
