Refund for Credit Card

NSGB applied a late payment fees to my credit card while my current account included the minimum payment required!! I have complained to bank representative and he confirmed the mistake and that it will be refunded. This was 2 months ago and until today no refund has been done. I have been following with him everyweek but seems no hope for this bank to be better. IT IS REALLY A BANK WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. As this is not the first time to go in this loop with this BANK.!!

There, they have given me the document to prove that my cheque has been deposited in another client's account! Afterwards I went to NSGB El Sherouk where I was told I have to wait for a whole week to investigate where the cheque went, given that I have provided them already with the account number where my money was deposited. My question is how can someone deposit a check written in my name without my approval? and for six months they were denying they received the cheque which has a reference number that they could have easily checked? This is outrageous! I am going to report this to the highest authority.

I,Dr. Elweya Soliman EL Hakim, live in Sherouk City and work as chairperson for the French department at the faculty of Alsun at Ain Shams University. I, therefore, opened an account at NSGB EL sherouk branch so that Ain Shams University can deposit my salary each month. For some reason, the first two cheques never arrived at the bank and I had to receive them from the accounting department in the university. As for the third cheque, which I was supposed to cash in July 2012, it never reached my account. I have been investigating where my pay cheque went for six months. I have gone to NSGB El sherouk branch many times with all the documents and cheque number and they confirmed that they have never received the cheque. I have even asked them to provide me with a bank statement to check the account balance and see whether the cheque has arrived, but the employees there (including the manager, Mr. Sameh ) refused to provide me with such a service. After 2 months of insisting on receiving my request, they just gave me the old cheque numbers that have entered my account. After six months of going to and fro, I was advised by my university to go to the central bank. There, they have given me the document to prove that my cheque has been deposited in another client's account!
