Three months ago, I opened an account at Emirates NBD Egypt Bank based on an advertisement on the radio. I went to the bank to open an account at their main branch in 5th Settlement.The bank representative made me come to the bank three times in order to open an account. First time to take all my papers and bank statement. Second time to deposit the money . Third time to bring a new bank statement of the current month ( Something she forgot to tell me during my previous two visits). During the second time, it took me a whole hour to deposit because of the huge number of clients. The bank representatives at the counters were joking and laughing not caring at all of the huge crowed. My problems began when I requested for an online bank ( The main purpose of opening an account) on 29th Nov. 2015. They told me it will take 5-7 working days. After the 7th day, I called their call center and they issued a complain. From 10th Dec. until 27th Dec, I kept calling them several times but in vain. Their representatives kept promising me that they will handle the problem personally but nothing gets solved and every time they were telling me your email is missing. I gave them my email several times but every time they kept asking for it. After nearly a month of applying for online banking, I went to the bank and told them in person about my problem.
