Miserable Customer Service

Ufortunately I bought an electric water heater from el araby group "tournado 55L". That was 4 days ago on the last Friday 05/08/2016. On 06/08/2016 in the morning I called the call center of the group 19319 for reserving an appointment for installing the heater. They again they have chosen to be at my place for installing next day 07/08/2016 and they gave me a very large range of timing as their technician would visit between 10:00 to 07:00 with refusing to determine a specific timing or even to narrow the range. The next day I have stayed till 5:00 without receiving any visit or any call so I have called again the call center and after a long period of keeping me on hold the only reply I got that the technician sure will call and the time is till 7:00 so I kept waiting again but also with no response at all. For the third time I called the call center again; an agent replied to me and again after a long period on hold he said that he has logged a complaint and that the technician should visit me the next day 08/08/2016 again with the same unbelievable range from 10:00 to 07:00. The next day 08/08/2016 at 12:30 I received a call from an agent saying that she was tracing on the complaint logged on the previous day and when I told her that I still has no response or visit she replied that the technician sure will visit me on that day 08/08/2016 and again with nothing happened till 07:30 so I decided to call again the call center, an agent replied and I requested to talk with

I have a complain about the product quality and customer service provided by Toshiba Elaraby. We bought 2 wall fans last Tuesday 5th July from Alexandria; we then installed them in the north coast. We then realized that both fans have an issue with their oscillation (one of them even rotates only towards the left side). We called the customer service starting Friday; there was only a recorded message telling us to send the complain details along with the name and mobile number to get a reply within an hour. We sent at least 5 messages with no response. On Sunday we called the call centre again and this time they answered telling us that we should deinstall the fans and take them all the way to the service centre in Alexandria in order to repair them and that we do not have any other option even though we offered to pay for the technician's transportation or fee or anything. Its extremely unprofessional and ridiculous to ask any customer to deinstall an appliance and carry it from the North Coast to Alexandria to fix a factory fault and production quality issue!

اشتريت تلاجة شارب العربى النفروض انها حاجة كويسة جدا للمهم بما اشتغلت ﻻقيت صوت الملتور مش طبيعى قاتصلت بخدمة العملاء وبعتوبلى اكتر من قنى وكانوا مش عارفيت العيب فين ﻻن صوت الملتور كان عالى جدا المهم اخر قنى ثللى ان التلاجة فيها مشكلة فى سحب الفريون بتاعها وكمان عمان ماتورها بايظ وكتب تقرير انها تتسحب وتتبدل او اضعف اﻻيمان تتصلح لكن لحد دلوقتى شركة توشسبا وﻻ عبرتنى رغم اتصالى بيها كتييييير جدا ومفيش رد منهم ايجابى ياريت تفيدونى مع العلم تلاجتى فى الضمان
