Date : 8-july -2016 ( 2nd day at Eid – Iftar ) Location : Akla Resturant ( Maddi Courtyard) Issues :- Akla Staff terriable & Awful - Akla owner ( Ashraf Mansour ) failed to apologies - Receipt date is wrong I am writing this complain after 1 month since my awful experience at the Akal restaurant at courtyard maddi , 1st time to visit courtyard and after checking the restaurants & café at the courtyard I choose Akal for it is Menu which is full of all kind of dishes from different kitchens , we entered at 8.20 pm and we entered and stayed on the Air-condition area place was not full or crowded , we order food around 8.35 most of it small dishes ( appetizers & side dishes ) nothing main , I instead food is served heated for 30 minutes 9.05 pm , nothing was served then every 5 minute an item is served COLD except My wife order Fata-Shouurma ( not is the receipt since was not served till we left ) , I complained for cold dishes while the Restaurant serve the food in fry pan for serving food heated , , I requested the manager , manger came and apologized and still my wife order served , after 15 minutes my main dish were served slightly heated while I asked for my wife main order 3 times and not yet served , manger did bring to us 2 milk-shake drinks as an apology buy my appetite was lost & I requested to receipt over 5 times with complete ignorance till I did stand in front of the cashier to pay the food I hardly eat , very angry from this attitude and thinking I have to comp
